Milk thistle (Silybum marianum L.) is a plant belonging to the Asteraceae family, native to the Mediterranean. 

Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) is a plant that belongs to the same family as milk thistle. 

Ingredients	1 capsule
Organic Milk Thistle Fruit Extract BIO (Silybum Marianum L.)	200 mg
of which silymarin 3%	6 mg
Organic Artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus L.)	200 mg
Of which cynarin 2.5%	5 mg

Ingredients: Organic milk thistle fruit extract (Silybum Marianum L.), Organic artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus L.), capsule shell: (binder: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose).

Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule during or after a meal with water.
