Dandelion is one of the most recognizable herbs in Poland, considered a common plant throughout the country. Commonly called milkweed, it is an edible, honey-bearing, and forage plant. Dandelion contributes to the smooth functioning of the digestive tract; it helps maintain the physiological pH balance in the stomach; and it stimulates digestion.

Ingredients: 100% Organic Dandelion Root (Taraxacum officinale radix).

Preparation method: Pour a cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of the tea. Steep for 10-15 minutes.
